Counselors at BRMS are licensed by the Utah State Office of Education. We meet all accreditation standards required by the Utah State Office of Education and the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. We follow state and national student outcomes, standards, and competencies for School Counseling and Guidance Programs and we are active members of the Utah School Association and the American School Counselor's Association.
Student groups available through the Counseling Center. Small groups of students will meet once a week for 4-6 weeks during school hours (during bear time if available) to get special help in the following areas.
Introduce tools and techniques which can help teens deal with stress and develop lifelong habits of health and wellbeing.
Study Skills 101
Introduce a variety of helpful techniques to address: organization, study habits, learning styles, testing taking, prioritization and much more.
